It is possible to register online in the consular registers of the population of the Embassy of Belgium.
You have access to this website if you:
- are Belgian;
- are not (or no longer) registered in a Belgian municipality, because you have communicated your departure abroad to that municipality;
- have a valid and activated Belgian eID card;
- know your PIN and have a card reader.
If you are permanently staying in Armenia, we recommend registration in the registers of the Embassy. This registration allows you to benefit, more or less, from the same services as those offered by the municipal administrations in Belgium. Registration is free of charge.

Be careful, if you are only passing through Armenia (limited duration), it is not necessary to register in the Embassy's registers. You can report your presence by registering on Travellers Online. This provisional registration does not affect your registration status in Belgium.
